Personil Paramore, Hayley Williams, menyalahkan One Direction karena telah menjiplak lagu New Found Glory.
Sang vokalis memberikan komentarnya lewat Twitter untuk memperlihatkan kesamaan antara nomor baru Steal My Girl milik One Direction dengan lagu milik New Found Glory yang dirilis tahun 2006 berjudul It’s Not Your Fault.

Di antaranya, kunci gitar pembuka Live While We’re Young telah dibandingkan dengan lagu The Clash, Should I Stay Or Should I Go, juga lagu Best Song Ever telah menyamakan lagu Baba O’Riley milik The Who.
